功能特點

該機主要分為定位（wèi）模塊、貼角模塊和成型模塊三大部分，可實現各類紙盒、木盒、膠盒生產時的自動送紙、自動過膠、自動貼（tiē）角、自動定位、自動成型和自（zì）動壓泡等，係列工藝工序的自動完成，轉版速度快（kuài），製作盒體精美（měi）。定位模塊的黑白皮帶、雙鏡頭、自動糾（jiū）偏、皮殼（ké）板貼襯定（dìng）位、五片板定位。貼角（jiǎo）模塊（kuài）的不粘膠膠帶槽、雙升紙台。成型模（mó）塊的智能調節、自動鎖固、伺服凸輪（lún）動作（zuò）、免換鏟刀和壓泡板等，均由我（wǒ）司自行研發設計生產，並獲得多項國家專利。
