該（gāi）機主要分為定位模塊、貼角模塊和成型模塊三大部分，可實現（xiàn）各類紙盒、木（mù）盒、膠盒生（shēng）產時的自動（dòng）送紙、自動（dòng）過膠、自動貼角、自動定位、自動成型和自動壓泡等，係列工藝工序的（de）自動完成，轉版速度快，製作盒體精美。定位模塊的黑白皮帶、雙鏡頭、自動糾偏、皮殼板（bǎn）貼襯定（dìng）位、五片板定位。貼角模塊的不粘膠膠帶槽、雙升紙台。成型模塊的智能調節、自（zì）動鎖固、伺（sì）服凸輪動作、免換鏟刀（dāo）和（hé）壓泡板等，均由我司自行研發設計生產，並獲得多項國家專利。
